The grill only shows in the out of focus photograph, not the scans, so impossible to tell from here. Try counting points instead of measuring.

if Z grill very rare, E grill is common.

"Z" Grill – 11 x 14 mm (13-14 x 18 points); points down/horizontal ridges – U.S. #'s 85A, 85B, 85C, 85D, 85E, 85F

"E" Grill – 11 x 13 mm (14 x 15-17 points); points down/vertical ridges – U.S. #'s 86-91

can you scan the stamp front and back without the plastic so the grill shows up better.

if Z grill you will need to get PSE to prove it.

rub a pencil on your finger until some graphite is on it and then gently wipe it on the grill. it'll really make the points stand out and make it easy to count them

There appears to (possibly) be a grill present,
but we would need to see a backscan of the stamp
out of plastic... if there's anything there, the
plastic is obscuring it...

I tried it with a pencil, but the paper is so thin that it does not show the grell, you see looking backlit, I will try to post better pictures Simone

My initial reaction is that the grill we are seeing does not conform to any known grills on this issue. Simply put, if I this came up for auction, I would not bid on it because it does not appear real - that is, I believe it is a fake grill. E, F, and Z grills are very consistent and easily identifyable. This one looks like someone took a needle to the stamp and lightly poked holes in it.
