I have a relatively new 3-volume Harris Liberty album set. I am having a problem identifying a particular strip of stamps on one page and would like advice from more experienced collectors. The page is headed:

UNITED STATES
1993-94

There are blocks for 4 stamps on the page.
The left side of the page has a vertical strip of 7 stamps with a title of "ROCK AND ROLL - RHYTHM AND BLUES". The strip shows has the 29c Elvis stamp at the top and the 29c Dinah Washington stamp at the bottom with Haley/McPhatter/Valens/Redding/Holly in between.

The upper right side of the page has a block of 4 stamps with C&W singers (Hank Williams/Patsy Cline/Carter Family/Bob Willis).

The middle right position has a horizontal strip of 2 stamps titled "American Sign Language - Deaf Communication"

The lower right position has a block of 4 stamps titled "Holiday Greetings.

My question is...what is the identification of the vertical Elvis strip of 7 stamps on the left side? There is no indication on the page that these are booklet stamps and the other stamps on the page do not appear to be booklets. There is a location a few pages later in the album where a similar vertical strip of 8 stamps is shown. That strip starts and ends with the Elvis stamp. However than page is titled 1993 - Booklet Stamps. I cannot find anything in the Scott or Harris catalogs for a strip of these 7 stamps.

I can upload a photo of the page in question if that is something permissible to do.

Can someone clear this up for me?

Opps... (strike that...)

I think it is Scott #2730a, a vertical strip of 7, Scott #'s 2724-2730. There was a booklet variety also, Scott #'s 2731-2737. The booklet had 8 stamps, two of 2731 (Elvis) and one each of 2732-2737.

blcjr has it right. The strip of 7 (from a pane of 40) is 2730a. The strip of 8 is booklet pane 2737a.
