Hello jackblack1,
Your image is too small for any of us to give you accurate feedback. You need to get a scan of it. At least 600 dpi. 1200 dpi would be better. Get that scan of just the stamp and post it here.

A label isn't always accurate. Anyone can write anything on something. You may have a #10, you may not. If you can post a large scan of the stamp, then we may be able to help you identify it.

Yes, there is a wide range of price values in the catalog. Many things affect the value of a stamp such as centering, overall condition, and things like recutting characteristics.

Until you post a large scan, we cannot tell you anything definitive about what you have.

It's a perforated stamp so probably a #26. Could be a 25, 25A, or 26A. A better image is needed to tell for sure.

Sinclair, darnit. Upon magnifying the tiny image I can now see that it is most likely perforated. Great observation.

jackblack1, posting a better image of it is still necessary as Sinclair pointed out.
