I'm working on filling the free pages from philosatelia, and I noticed that there is a space for a perf 10 variety of this stamp. However, the only information I can find on it shows that it was only issued perf 11 horizontally as with all other stamps in the series. Any information on this issue? Thanks
I'll admit it's a confusing issue, but yes, there was a perf. 10 variety (Scott 2722) from the pane of 40 stamps issued on March 30, 1993; and also a perf. 11 horizontal variety (Scott 2769) that was issued as part of a booklet on July 14, 1993.
