I picked up this Series 1903 Customs stamp good for 10 cigarettes. Can anyone give me some information on it? I checked Scotts Specialized catalog but have been unable to find this one in there.

These are listed in the Springer catalogs. I believe volume 9, but I do not have them handy tonight.
