I'm not seeing this one in my book. Is this Ulysses Grant? I may be overlooking it in the book but I can't find it. Thanks!

This is not a postage stamp. It is a cut-out from a US Letter Sheet Envelope, possibly US Scott U293.

1886 postal stationary SC#U293. Letter sheet to be exact.

Letter sheets, like postal cards are collected in their entirety although just the front of the letter sheet may be acceptable. The stamp impression by itself is not enough to determine which version of card or letter sheet is represented.
