I found this really suspicious item. Does it make sense to send it for certification as #317?

I call fake (and a very bad one at that). You can see perforation remnants bottom right of scan and the sides are so uneven they make me dizzy

TheStampNut - the top edge is very irregular - try lining it up with a straight edge (like the top of your display window with this stamp) and you will see. I call fake.
