I'm not even sure if the that is the entire cancel. Looks like there might be parts missing. I can't find anything like it. The stamp is off cover, so no clues there.
Anyone familiar with this one?

My first thought was, it looks similar, but not alike, to the anchors, on page 131-133, on the "Cancellations and Killers of the Banknote Era" pages.

My second thought was part scythe, part axe, something 'Druss the Legend' might appreciate.
