In its latest catalogue (and other assorted flyers), Mystic's is proclaiming that the circus souvenir sheet is the first issue in a new annual series. While this may well turn out to be correct (I predicted as much elsewhere), I don't recall having come across an official statement from the USPS to that effect--or have I missed it?

I agree that this years special souvenir sheet in the yearbook will be the first of a series. Just the same as the artist signed duck souvenir sheets became an annual issue.
