One Cent Franklin Error?

This stamp is a perf 12. I've searched the internet and can't find another franklin stamp like this one. There are remnants of another stamp on the vertical side that's not perforated. Is this some type of error. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

There were dozens of "1c Franklin" stamps issued from 1851 through the 1930s - some of which could be perf 12. Please post a picture and someone here will be happy to help you identify the cataloge number.
