Actually it's not a tear. It's a small crease which I'll gladly trade for those margins.

Here is my latest scan of my large banknotes sans the #163. It hasn't arrived yet. I'll re-scan these when it does come if it's OK of course. Also I returned that #153 I had as it had a crease that wasn't in the description when I purchased it so the hunt is still on for a decent copy of it. Enjoy!

Digging through some old posts, getting the lay of the land, I ran across a couple of threads like this one in which some peeps categorize the first Bureau issues (1894-98) in with the small Bank Note issues. What's up with that? Is that a common understanding?
