Mystic Stamp Company is reporting the gold border color missing error find in the Press Sheet version of the Vintage Circus Poster Souvenir Sheet at the link below:

so will the SFC go through their stock and pull the error sheets if they find any? Are they destroyed or will the USPS do some sort of distribution?

Guess my rookie curiosity is shining bright.

The press sheets are sold out, so the USPS wouldn't have to do any checking in this case.

yes but they could always deliberately reprint them with the gold area missing. Remember the
Dag Hammarskjold issue Scott 1204.
