State Of New York Department Of Labor 1 Cent Stamp - Sheet

I'm new to the form, and I just came across a sheet of 1 cent stamps marked the State of New York Department of Labor Inspection Stamp Division of Bedding. The year is possibly 1937. I'd like to know what the sheet is worth, there are 100 stamps on the sheet.

no it's blue with State of New York Department of Labor in a circle around 2 ladies and an eagle. It also says Inspection Stamp Division of Bedding

That's exactly what's shown on the link to the old thread noted above. Are you sure it's not the same stamp?
