I'd appreciate opinions on this one. It's offered by our friend hmorgan10 that has been involved in a number of questionable ebay sales.
It's on ebay now in the two grand range. It appears to me to be rebacked perhaps both top and bottom. Any others see what I'm seeing?

Not rebacked, but repaired. Parts of both the top and bottom margins have been added along with parts of the design. The added design elements were either painted in or came from other examples. It's especially noticeable at the bottom.

Wow. You can see a line right through the design at the bottom of the stamp. I wonder how much time goes into fixing up a stamp like that?
