Help Figuring Out The Perfs On This Scott # 568..?

H guys...Scott #568 has a perf of 11..But as you can see the TOP of these stamps has a perf of 10.5 and the BOTTOM perf is 10.6...Should I just round both off to perf. 11..??

Hi, Wert... your dilemma stems from that fact that your stamp
is not a 568... it's a 699... please check your Scott...
