Not an error. The image on the back is an offset, caused by laying the sheet on top of another which had not fully dried leaving a light reverse impression. Personally, I would not place any premium on its value.

I don't collect stamps, preferring envelopes. But, if I did, I sure as harvey would keep it in my EFO collection.

Others have already posted and told you what it is, and I agree with them.

But, (and I realize you asked "this error"?, what error do you think it represents?

Or did you mean to say something as such "Is this an error, then what error does is represent?"
