Mystic Stamp Company 2014 Supplement

I finally got my Mystic Stamp Company 2014 American Heirloom Hingeless Supplement. I really like these supplements because they are well made and I prefer not hinging my stamps. As I reviewed the pages of the supplement, I noticed some glaring omissions of 2014 issues, e.g., Scott # 4822a-23a, 4704a. Why? What am I missing?

Are these arbitrary decisions made by Mystic Stamp Company? If so, how reliable are their supplements?

I made an online inquiry about this on Mystic Stamp Company's website and I'm still waiting for a reply from them.

I had contacted Mystic for the same reasons and was told that at the time of printing, there were some issues which had to be omitted due to permissions not being granted and I had also registered a complaint. I was told that future supplements would likely have any omissions. It's very typical for mystic doing this.
