I believe there is a guide dot below the o of two at the edge of the perfs. I also see a dot in the oval to the left of Washington's chin. Is this just an anomaly? Or is this a known mark?
I wouldn't say that the guide dot in the oval is an anomaly, I found 9 in 100 I quickly glassed over in a collection of fancy canceled 220's. The anomaly may be that bottom margin dot. I wonder how wide that margin is.Is that stamp taller than others of the issue?
