Hi came across this gem same old question which is it there is no grill so impossible to be Scott 136 or 136a. Used, It is blue green and appears to be printed on soft porous paper with no gum.Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
I believe you are thinking of a stamp issue released/sold with "no gum". Your stamp had gum when sold. Was used, than later soaked off of the envelope which would have removed the gum. That is why there is no gum on it now.
