Can't find a listing for blue (on right side) so must be faded green?

What's known as a color changeling, due to chemical or light exposure.

Ciletaliph, you said you can't find a listing, are you using a catalog of some sort, which catalog?

I have this old book, with some stamps in it, and do online searches. Stamp really looks blue to me.

I have come across some reading in the specialized Scott catalog about the blue printing. It dose exist.Blue Green from what I remembered.

This is a chemical color changeling. The green ink on Scott #213 goes blue when subjected to whitening agent such as bleach.
