Hi guys..One more question..This stamp is perf.12 on the top, but 11.80 or 11.85 on the bottom..Should I ignore it and just round it off to perf.12..?

Thanks, Robert

AND THIS ONE...Perf.10.5 vertical and perf.11.2 Horizontal..?

If an accurate perf measurement can't be used to help ID the stamp, you may as well round it off. After all, Scott does this frequently.

The top stamp is flat plate printing and should gauge around 11.90 and the bottom stamp is a rotary press printing and should gauge around 11.25 x 10.50, but most catalogues round off to the nearest 0.5 perforations so that the top stamp would be 12 and the bottom stamp 11 x 10.5 perforations per 2 centimeters.
