I just posted a Capital Stock Certificate under the section "General Philatelic Discussions", then under section "Checks, Stocks, and Bonds", then titled "Capital Stock Certificate Standard Shoe Company.

There are multiple usages of R175 and R176.

But now then this Capital Stock Certificate has the following faults, thins, torn, taped damaged, holed, stained, creased, folded, water damaged, or a better description is shop worn, a term a lot of collectors and dealers I've been friends with for over 60 years use to denote multiple faults!

There are 6 of the R176 and 3 of the R175 stamps on this Capital Stock Certificate, the images is posted in the section I mentioned.

These are very common 1898 Revenue Series Stamps, issued in the millions, so expect little if no interest in either posting at all!

Cheers

Dave

A request: Since you're making all these posts about items posted elsewhere on the board, could you please include a link to that thread so people can just click a link to see what you're referring to?

Thanks.

Good idea, I would, but I didn't know that could be done. You see I'm not a computer person, in addition I have no idea how to do this, do you have detailed instructions that a non computer person such as my self could understand and follow?

A link sound like a good thing to do, but then I only post in one area, but because they have revenue stamps on them, thought some other people who are also interested in revenue stamps should be made aware of them. So, they are posted first in the right and proper place, then I just let the revenue people know where to find them if they are interested. A link is a good idea, but I have no problem just looking in other sections.

Thanks

Dave
