I was looking through my documentary and Proprietary stamps and came across this paper veriety. I checked the Battleship Stamp Site but did not find any information. It appears wmk 191 but difficult to tell. I did soak the stamp just to make sure it was not an adhesion from a document. Any idea what it is?

It's leftover from a bottle label, possibly from perfume because it's fancy. Not everything soaks off in water.
