Hi guys...I know this stamp is not very expensive at all. but do they all have smudges and inking problems like this one below has..Thanks

On top you have a position dot on the right, some plate wipe on the left, and a tiny scratch in the center. On the bottom there is a tiny little nick on the right. All pretty normal for an issue of over 456 million that was often done under intense pressure because of the war.
