No visible WMK
Flat Plate ink on reverse
Type I?
Bottom edge parallel & even??

398 is vertical perf 8 1/2 so it would seem so. There are no other v perf's 8 1/2. At over 100 years old...not in that bad shape!

Seems like 394 which is the only coil vertically at 8 1/2, Type I,FP and it does have a SL watermark.
