Relatively new to Precancels, I've looked through Noble's guide and I don't see the Type with unfilled bars and was curious if this was just under inking or a different Type all together. I haven't come across any others like this. Any information as to type?

Additionally, the Noble catalogs, while the only thing available 50 years ago, are pretty useless today. They have been completely superseded by the current PSS catalogs. One Noble oddity is their pricing 50 years ago is often too high in today's marketplace.
