The 1c stamps are #156 on both covers, the 3c is #158. The destination to Turkey is better than average.

The 1875 year dated cover is a bit better than usual because of the year date in the cancel which was usually not seen for 1871 to 1878. Rated as a drop mail cover; might want to check the geography to see how the rate was determined. Better than average.

I agree with Essayk - better than average - but to answer your question on getting certificates, I would say 'no'. The domestic cover isn't worth more than a couple bucks and the cost of a certificate almost certainly will not add anything to the retail value of the Constatinople cover even though it's not a common usage.
