Biographical Information

Hello, good morning..
I collect stamps from all the world..Some of you, are already thinking that this is not a good sign for a collector... well , I don't want to enter in great considerations about this, but this fact allowed me to see that many information is lacking in the net, ... I saw that Stamps designers were the weak link in our hobby , but they were the real Artists and creators behind the stamp.. Last July 2014 I started a blog about World stamp Designers, and now I'm trying to get some biographical info of US Designers.. great part of them are simple Civil Service Employees (always "shielded behind ABNC or BEP" ) so it is difficult to have data about them.. If there is some site with this info, please let me now..I think in the end I'm doing a work that could interest others in the future, but people seems very resistant to help me.. I don't know Why..?

with time , I've seen and read many of the entries about several different topics and I think this is one of the best and more detailed and versatile forum's available in the Net.. Thank you..

There is nothing whatsoever negative about being a world collector. In fact topical and country collectors are probably in awe of someone who tackles a world collection - of any sort. I'd guess that most "world"collectors today are actually world - topical, as in royalty, animals, ships and trains - that sort of thing.
