Speaking of masonry bridges with rail, - I have a PC of Dolhain viaduct, and thanks to the marvel of Wikipedia I dont have to type all this info below........... Still going strong 174 years on......
The viaduct Dolhain is a railway viaduct at the core Dalhem (French: Dolhain) in the town of Limburg. The viaduct spans the valley of the Vesdre and the N61. The viaduct is part of railway line 37, between the tunnel Vieille Foulerie and the tunnel of la Moutarde.
The viaduct was built in 1841-1843, when the construction of the railway 37 in the valley of the Vesdre. The viaduct is an arch bridge and completely built in masonry. It consists of twenty arches with an opening of 10 meters. Each pillar is 10.5 meters high. The entire viaduct is 200 meters long and has a height of 18 meters. One of the pillars is in the middle of the N61.
On May 10, 1940 the viaduct was damaged. In 2010, the bridge was renovated: new were overhead gantries and a new footpath placed bridge railing.
