Up until now, all of the Red, White & Blue flag coils styamps I have heard of had a strong high bright glow so that when viewed under a tagging light, the #C11 glowed a very strong white with a slight bluish tint, and the #C12 still a very strong whitish but a little of the normal greenish cast showing when place next to a C11. Now I've just had a report of a used #C11 that has the normal greenish glow.
Anyone know of a source of mint R W & B that has the normal grrenish glow?
I've known the collector for years and prefer to avoid that particular dealer, and was hoping someone knew an actual source rather than just a possible source.
