I agree with you blazenstar. I myself got lucky one time when I lived in San Antonio, TX. This seller posted on craigs two to three huge albums with 70% mint stamps and old stamps for $30. He asked me to come to his residence. For some reason, that day I didn't look up the address and didn't ask him to meet me in the public place.

So, I went to this guy's home. He opened the garage and brought 3 huge albums and some supplies. And when I was about to pay up, he said, 'Wait! I have more'. And then he brought a shoe box full of loose used stamps and on the top of the box is a 'PENNY BLACK' album(Exact similar to this http://www.kenmorestamp.com/world-s...tage-stamp).

I payed him $30 and took the entire collection to a stamp store that I know to get it authenticated. It was original stamp. I got real lucky that day. Good thing he did not post the Penny Black stamp picture on craigs.

Please kindly help to identify.
As I understand, mine is just cut-off from 1947 reprint (Scott 948), useful link:

But...it looks like canceled and has some gum on the back.
I will appreciate any of your comments or advises. Thank you.
