I have just joined today! So just feeling my way around your site.
My wife & I work for a Cancer Care Charity based in Stockport, Cheshire.
One of the things we do is process used stamps from envelopes, into Kiloware then we have an outlet we sell them to.
Occasionally we come across interesting or unusual stamps, and hopefully I'll be able to get answers to our queries?.
We currently have two modern stamps from Belgium, a 1 demonination, and the top of both stamps have a straight edge, ie no perforations.
Is this normal or are they rare please.

With kiloware you get everything that is for sure. Your pair of stamps have been attacked by a pair of scissors by the look of it.
