hallo, scott #182 the perforation to one side? when this not fake stamp, who scott number is this?

This stamp was probably originally removed from its sheet by the use of scissors. Straight edges on right or left may normally occur on stamps near either side of the center gutter between two panes of stamps. However, there is no configuration for these stamps where a straight edge might naturally occur at the top or bottom. So this stamp was privately trimmed, and that makes it defective.

You see how open the paper weave is in the pictures? That is an indication of soft paper. These stamps are Scott #182.

Scrap? Well, it would be a good reference example of soft paper if someone needed one.
