.A vendor sheet stamp seller gave me his notorious mix up stamps. This specific stamp had Harding placed as a Harding perf. 11. rotary. The odds are not in favor, however, best to get your opinions.
We all know the Memorial Harding is very rare to get one since less than 50 may still exist. This stamp appears to be a rotary, and not flat plate with those dots in the back. does someone have a grid that can check on this? more odds against this being an 11, however gauge expresses 11.i said wait a second. more likely a 10, however..best to let others see if can verify this..Did this character whomever placed the stamps on the sheet got it correct this time? He struck out already 2 twice already..and has a ball at the moment..lets see if he made a home run on this one..lol

It is a perf. 10 issue, not a perf. 11.

And in that condition it's mainly useful for postage.

No offense intended, but if you are measuring 11 when we can all see with our eyes this is gauge 10, then perhaps you need to review and practice perf measurement. Getting perf measurement correct when you are using a gauge is critical, and particularly easy when distinguishing an 11 from a 10.

Thank you for your assistance. I do agree with you, hungry. I had a steel gauge in past given to me from an auction house, however it is no longer in my possession. I miss that gauge and cannot get one around this area. I should order one from on line.
I have been using a Showgard with marking of boxes too. It is still an excellent gauge too however, not all stamps are so cleared with perfs. The 10 markings and 11 markings on the gauge are not that far difference when I placed it to view. I do not just go by visual view of counting the perfs. if you count them you can see 10..however again, the fellow stamp sheet man even placed it on the sheet with rotary 11. The chances for it to be an 11 was slim..
