Another note on this stamp the paper is very thick and stiff .When I compared it to other ones this stands out all by it self.

Another note There is what looks like a red line but it seems to be part of the paper not drawn in on the out side like a pen or pencil it is in the fiber of the stamp paper. When I look at it closely under my loop at the stronger magnification you can see it in the fibers below the surface from the perfs. I'm stumped as I am a rookie at this kind of Identifying.

Could this be coil waste .The red line looks like the frame work from a Carmine pink or rose but it is not a deep red or lake.

No it is not re-gummed. There there is no gum on the back just the paper And a spot in the center where it was stuck on what ever it came off of.

It looks like it still has part of the envelope/whatever still stuck to the back of it. How about a rear scan?

all the light "stuff" you see over-hanging the perf
tips/top of stamp is gum....
I am willing to bet....after a good soaking/bath....
they disappear.

Re soaked and there was some kind of blank stamp stuck to the back with a red line. It had perfs. So that explains the thickness question. And the red line.
It was another stamp stuck to the back.
So could we say that this was perforated with some kind of stamp paper on the back.

Looks nothing like the previous scan. Much better and no longer looks like a fake. Even the left margin looks OK. Not sure about the re=gum. I would like to see a scan after the soaking.
