The image lacks the detail to know for sure, but I count 14 by 17 which would make it an "E" grill, the same as the Scott #88 written on the obverse.

Size of the grill matters little. The count of the points is what differentiates them. There is a slim chance that it has 15 rows which would make it the much more desirable "D" grill, but I doubt it.
