The stamp is a 634. It has no possibility of being a carmine lake 634b. The narrow top selvage with serrated cut is a characteristic of rotary press printed sheet stamps.
Also, when showing an image of the back of the stamp, please orient it in the same direction, top to bottom, as the front image.
