Hello. What are your thoughts on these? Looks to be a printing error of some sorts on the right stamp? Specifically the "US 29" Perfs on both seem to be out of whack. Thanks in advance for your input!

The stamps are mis-perforated, that is an error. The one stamp also has printing where one of the colors is not printed exactly in the correct place, it is not really an error, but more an oddity!

These are not misperforated. They are from booklet panes and the design always extends a bit into the tab on this issue.

(and technically misperfs are considered freaks, not errors)

Ok! Thanks for that info! It looks like the "29" is doubled. Pretty neat.

The "29" appears doubled because the colors are mis-registered so that one ink color is shifted relative to the others. While interesting, the misregistration is not significant enough to warrant any sort of premium. Usually, such a small misregistration is considered a fault and reduces the stamp's value. In this case, because the shift is clearly revealed in the "29", it is certainly a nice conversation piece.

But what is the image to the far left on the first stamp?

It's a continuation of the design from the pane that was to the left of that pane before they were cut apart. These were typicallt not the top pane in a booklet but rather it showed on the lower panes. You can see a little damage in the tab of yours where a pane above it was pulled off of it.
