If you have access to a Scott US Specialized Catalogue, look in the "Computer Vended Postage Stamps" section. With dull gum, your stamps are CVP31 ... with shiny gum they are CVP31a. CVP31b & CVP31c have the same design but use a different font for the denomination (which can vary).
Added: Note that the difference in catalogue numbers is actually due to tagging rather than gum type. CVP31 has solid tagging whereas CVP31a has mottled tagging.

Thank you

And can I have one more question?

What is it? I found that it can be Walt Disney's stamp from WW2 era. Does it have Scott#? I have it on the back side of air mail cover.

This is from a set of 150 "Postamps" (Cinderellas) produced from 1942-44. The art is by Robert Lash Robbins and the stamps show accurate insignia for active duty units of the US Army, Army Air Corp and Navy. The 3-vol set I have is from the Detroit Times newspaper - not sure whether Hearst put them out in association with any other papers.

addition - In a quick online search, I found examples from many newspapers and private publishers - LA Examiner, NY Mirror, SF Examiner.
addition - WOW!! These are grossly overpriced on ebay. I see them regularly at militaria shows in the $25-50 range for the set. Same for War Savings Stamp Booklets.
