hallo is this #613 definitely Perf. 11 (middel stamp) Rotary Press?

left is #612 and right #610

middle stamp height >22,40 mm (to measure with MICHELperfoscope)
"It is important to remember that authenticated rotary-printed stamps measure as short as 22.375mm but will always be longer than 22,5mm."

That's just the point. He thinks (rather wishes) he has a Rotary sheet waste stamp perf 11 as there are only a handful known.

Always amazes me how beginners see 2 catalog listings for a stamp, one being produced in the millions worth a few cents at best and another that is scarce with high catalog value and they always assume that they don't have the one that was printed in the millions.

What Michel forgot to mention or else you missed it is there are no known unused examples.

Please read up.

if you feel like wasting a stamp ( you can always keep it to try on others later) then take a 610 and cut the corners off it and sit it on top for comparison
