The first one was used in late 20's early thirtys and was the common letter stamps of its day. The second one is either british or canadian I cannot read it exactly but Elizabeth didnt become Queen till 1953 so its sometime since then. The third one would have been the postcard stamp of its time from 1902 to the early teens and the last one would have been a postcard stamp from the 50's to late 60's

Jim - Canada stamps have "CANADA" on them. Yes, I know that's weird.

The 2nd stamp is from Great Britain. Looks like the letter was mailed to Alaska?

Why does newtothis0722's post count still at 0, when I see at least 5 posts (including 3 in this thread).

My post count is incrementing correctly. What is going on?

The GB stamp is a six pence QE2 Wilding probably with a St Edwards crown watermark like this one ...



with this slogan postmark from 1955 (these were used over a period of years) ...
