Thank you so much for all your information. Truly appreciate that found that these stamps are not what I choose to want in my collection even if they are highly collectible stamps. I do not intentionally collect these types of stamps and I am not interested to have them whatever value they may be. When I purchased them was not aware of that they were not originals until I checked the perforations myself when I returned home. I am having them return back to the seller for a refund of the cost I bought them including informing the information which I received here. I will advise the seller to send them to the Philatelic Society Museum for them to have in their special collections if he chooses to do this as a recommendation.
Thank you again for all of your assistance.
Warm regards,
Blazenstar

blazenstar: Did you pay a lot for these stamps? It looks like some are selling each of these stamps for a few hundred dollars online.
I found the following to be the best reference so far: http://www.fipfakesforgeries.org/fi...23-issue.pdf
There was also the website by Joann Lenz www.stampsjoann.net that may have information on it, but the website is not working at this time.

My Goodness ! I wouldn't be sending these back. You fell into something good. I'm sure there are collectors here, that would love to have them. If I were you I'd be inclined to offer them to either of the two posters that helped you sort through this.

Just my 2 cents
