I can not tell from your photo since it is not so upclose.it doesnot appear that either have no gum and both used...I can inform you what you need to look for with the markings to help identify which scott number it is for this specific stamp.. 1)you would need to see if there is a heavy curve line has been cut below the stars and outer line added to the oranament above them. on the middle of the third star between the 10 above the peak would have an extra line on top that scroll is the best place to see this little slight difference. .. that is considered a 68 (a) 10 c dark green.it would look line below the star with a clear space then another first curve line. all connected from one side to the other..the line below the stars is dark and easily detected. if it is missing this line, and ( curve line then a clear space and no dark lines just below the stars position between the 10's that is a 62(b)
