Wonder If This Is Plate 92l2late Triple Transfer?

The pics are a bit blurry. The doubling in the upper and lower rosettes are easy enough to see. The marks in "THREE CENTS" seem to match those in the Chase diagram. Some of the other areas,like around the oval, don't seem to show up on my stamp. Other areas are masked by the cancel.
