Hi! I am going through an old international album that I won at an auction this weekend. I noticed that there are confederate stamps in this album. When I looked at the back of the stamps they all say "facsimile"on the back. The printing is in a faint ink color, and a couple have a very transparent look. One stampa says "facsimile no. 205"
What does this mean? I feel like these stamps are likely fake? I have no idea. I am new to this still, so sorry if it's a dumb question!
