11A Plate 5 Rust Spots

I'm still trying to plate stamps that I feel are easier ti identify. Re entries, cracked plates, Row Of Three plate 3 stamps and the like.

So when I looked at this stamp, I thought it was a rusty plate 5L. I figured, with the somewhat remarkable guide dot and the one line re cut upper left triangle, this one should be easy. Not so...

I couldn't find a match. So I on the computer for a better look. Could it be the 'rust spots' aren't. They look like what might be ink from a light cancel. That would open up a few more plate possibilities.
22R3 might be a winner.?

The heavily recut inner lines are an indicator of it not being a Plate 5L stamp.

Yes, I began to notice that as I was pulling up examples on the Ruecker site. Hopefully that's a lesson that will stick with me. I thought these lines matched plate 1L and went there next. Couldn't find a match.
