Excellent!

I love mythology -- she's Clio, the Muse of History. Because of the scrolls in her hand, she's also know as the Proclaimer.

This newspaper stamp was overprinted for use as a documentary revenue stamp. In 1898 postage stamps and newspaper stamps were overprinted for emergency use as revenue stamps until new revenue stamps could be printed. The stamps were needed to raise money for the Spanish-American War.
