Does anyone offer "New Issue" service, or is it just too expensive?

Hi Terry. Yes, new issue service is offered. But what kind of new issues do you want?
One of the most obvious places for new issues ( US ) would be the USPS. You can open a standing order for all new issues with them. If that is what you are looking for?

Terry, Greetings:

One option is to buy from an established domestic dealer who offers a country-by-country subscription service.

This will not be cheap, but it will be reliable & convenient.

Another option is to deal direct, one country at a time.

This will not be cheap, either, because of shipping.

Another option is to find a dealer who specializes in a country of particular interest, and offers a new issues service for that particular country.

Lastly, you will find new issues services advertised in many philatelic publications.

Cheers,

/s/ ikeyPikey
