Unfortunately, if you are looking for either (a) worth mounting in a collection, you should be able to find much better condition stamps than the ones shown, or (b) monetary valuation, none of these are more than pennies apiece. Sorry, these are very common issues printed in the 100 millions or more, and most appear faulty.
The Franklin stamps may be three different catalog numbers, depending upon their watermark and paper color. The Washington P.12 stamps are all Scott 405, the others have a number of catalog varieties, yours all appearing to have a catalog value of less than $1 (please note that catalog values are retail prices for sound condition stamps with VF centering).
