current SCV $100, but many of them have a bend/crease in them that lower their value.

Also, they are not errors - they intentionally removed the red from the sky to lighten the color.

Where does the bend/crease typically occur? Does it affect the entire booklet, i.e. both the cover and the stamps, or only the stamps? Is the cause known?

The ones I have seen it affects the whole thing (covers and panes) - as I recall a C or V shape somewhere in the middle rather than like it was bent on a line.

They also tend to suffer from creased perfs between the stamps and tab (as do many KCS booklets).
